Beau Lyon started with the CLK Sales Team in February 2026, bringing more than 10 years’ local real estate experience and the warmth, honesty and integrity that he’s known for.

With a passion for Echuca Moama real estate and community, Beau works hard to build positive relationships in both his professional and personal life.

Beau is big-hearted, playful and fun while remaining professional, warm and caring in his role to do the very best for all of his clients.

Having grown up in Echuca Moama, Beau is a proud local, outgoing and very much a ‘people’ person.

Always on the look-out for a challenge, Beau’s entire working career has centred on sales and customer service and he prides himself on high standards and a strong sense of loyalty.

Beau has enjoyed much success over ten years in real estate, rated in the top 1% of sales agents globally within his former company, and is driven to utilise his extensive knowledge and strong negotiation skills to meet the needs of our CLK clients.

In his spare time, Beau enjoys a round of golf with mates, barracking hard for the mighty Essendon Football Club, and getting out and about with various organisations and local groups he’s part of.

Family time is the most important thing in the world to Beau, and his wife and kids certainly keep him on his toes.
