After selling his grazing property at Chinchilla, Baden and his family relocated to Bundaberg and in July 2001 Baden commenced his role as a Rural Property Specialist with Elders.

Servicing the diverse Wide Bay and North Burnett Regions Baden has established himself as a market leader within this region and has a strong client base which covers the Macadamia, Sugar Cane, Small Crop, Grazing and Citrus industries.

Baden covers an area that extends from Tiaro in the South to Miriam Vale in the North and from Bundaberg to Biloela in the West mainly concentrating on specialised marketing of individual property on behalf of his vendors.
