A little about me

With an extensive background in teaching, Ashley’s skill set is perfectly curated for a career in real estate. Married into an industry-based family and always having an interest in architecture and people, immersing herself in Shoalhaven’s renowned blend of historic and contemporary homes is a dream come true.

Married to and working alongside husband Tim McGoldrick, and having grown up on the Southern Coast, it is not only her knowledge of the area and local community that makes Ashley such a valuable member of the team. Her fantastic communication, people skills and bubbly nature ensure her dealings with clients are as professional and enjoyable as possible.

Ashley’s experience as a teacher has given her an understanding of what motivates people and how to help them progress in their lives. In real estate, she can see the stresses and doubts of sellers and aims to make the process as positive and rewarding as possible using clear and precise communication skills.

Trusted and valued for her transparency, enthusiasm and empathy, Ashley has helped build a loyal client base, combining her passion for the area with her love of property, believing every home has a story to tell.

Family life with her husband Tim and their two young children is Ashley’s focus outside work. She enjoys spending quality time with her family baking tasty treats, planning a little trip away camping by the beach or a nature walk on one of the many trails Shoalhaven has on offer.
