As a real estate agent who has spent his whole working life in the industry, sales agent and T&J Real Estate Director Andy Thorpe says there’s nothing better than helping people achieve a great property result that allows them to move onto bigger and better things.

He’s helped countless people do just that as part of a career based on the simple philosophy of listening to his clients’ needs and working with them to get the outcome they want.

Andy entered real estate aged just 18, and quickly climbed the ranks of the industry in England. In 2012, love saw him make the move to WA and he hasn’t looked back since. As a western suburbs of Perth local expert, Andy believes the key to great service is guiding people through the real estate sales and purchasing process from start to finish.

He’s on hand to offer advice, open in his communication and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to negotiating a successful outcome.
This approach has seen Andy become a trusted local area expert who people from all walks of life turn to time and again to handle the sale of their properties.
Working closely with his clients, Andy only handles a select number of listings at a time, allowing him to dedicate his time and energy to ensuring a successful sale.
