Alwyn Wolff

Alwyn grew up on a fruit and small crops farm and during his teenage years worked with his grandfather on his cattle property, which led to the purchase of his own grazing property and commencing a breeding programme from scratch. During this time he became an experienced timber feller and a contract dozer owner building the Boondoomba dam. He worked with a property developer and organised 17km of gravel road and sub-division. Owner of Thompson Longhorn – manufacturer of cattle handling equipment – a business now run by his son. Recent health issues forced a slowdown of faming activity as a Lucerne grower and stud Limousin breeder.
