The Wardle Co Network services a large area of South Australia offering Real Estate Sales and Marketing, Leasing, Clearing Sales/Auctions, Property Management and Livestock Sales and Marketing. Wardle Co has personnel in the Port Pirie/Mid North region together with Roxby Downs, Yorke Peninsula and Broken Hill.

The company was originally established at Crystal Brook as a stock agency in 1988 as Wardle and Butterfield. In 1996 Tom Wardle became the sole proprietor and renamed the company Wardle Co.

Whilst the company has undergone many changes since its inception in 1988, Sole Director Tom Wardle has continued to grow the Real Estate and Livestock business to where it is today.

In addition to the growth in our property sales over nearly 3 decades, our property management and Livestock agency has grown to establish The Wardle Co brand as the region’s leading independent real estate & stock agency. Tom's son James Wardle is the company auctioneer and Sales Manager with a background in property valuation he has a passion for the industry and is driven by customer satisfaction and achieving great results for his clients.  

Underpinning the growth of the agency has been a corporate culture of high ethical standards, community involvement and an uncompromising professional obligation to deliver exceptional service. Our level of service remains consistent across the group and there are no operational boundaries or ‘territories’. Properties listed for sale or lease are given the opportunity to be sold or let from consultants at any of our network offices.

Our six office network provides broad market saturation with offices strategically located to provide the largest possible sales reach. With offices in Port Pirie, Jamestown, Crystal Brook, Peterborough, Roxby Downs and Broken Hill and agents on the Yorke Peninsula, our depth of exposure reaches a broad area in the north of the state.
