With 5 generations of farming experience preceding him Roger is fully aware of the challenges facing today’s rural families. Roger studied at CB Alexander Agricultural College before commencing an extensive career based in the Hunter Valley, managing his own successful rural contracting business with wife Megan. Roger studied as a mature age student to gain his Stock and Station Agents Licence, Real Estate and Auctioneers licences. Megan is a licenced Real Estate Agent and has a strong background in administration, office management, and personalised customer service.
