Piper Real Estate Coolah is pleased to provide an excellent service for rural property and home buyers, investors, landlords and tenants. We welcome you to call in to discuss your needs and are happy to assist you with the real estate market in Coolah and our surrounding areas.

The Principal, Shelley Piper, has been in real estate for over 15 years. Piper Real Estate commenced business in September 2010. Shelley has always been interested in real estate after purchasing an investment property and finding the whole process quite a minefield, particularly dealing with the Real Estate Agents. Shelley wanted to open her own business to provide the level of customer service that she would expect to receive, if she was a vendor, a purchaser, a landlord or a tenant.

Shelley also has her Stock and Station Licence, which enables her to sell rural properties, along with residential and land sales, and our property management area continues to expand. We are the only local agent that manages rental properties.

Shelley uses her wide ranging experience in many facets of business to provide the best possible customer service to her selling and buying customers. Her friendly and professional manner will help you to feel comfortable about the whole process.

Ann Rumbel, another Coolah local, is our Property Manager. Ann also has her real estate licence. Although Ann's role is to look after our landlords and tenants, she is familiar with our sales market so feel free to ask about houses for sale too. Ann has great experience in the Property Management area with her own investment properties and looks after our landlord’s properties like they are hers. Ann is in the office Monday to Wednesday.

Amber Courtney is also local, and has been with us since April, 2018 and has taken to real estate like a duck to water. Amber is also a fully licenced Real Estate Agent. Amber has excellent administration and computer skills and has immediately become an asset to our business. Amber has been of great assistance with our social media campaigns - Facebook, Instagram and is of great assistance with the sales process getting the advertising completed and homes ready to list.

Although our office is open Monday to Friday, we are happy to arrange weekend inspections where possible if that is the only time you are available.
