50 odd years ago, in fact on Wednesday the 19th of July 1964, Patch and Taylor Real Estate commenced trading. The early newspaper advertising boldly advising Graham Patch and Ken Taylor had formed Patch and Taylor and advised "Look for this name in the future for all types of Real Estate services".
