Heart & Home Property is a Far North Queensland owned and operated family business.
Our journey into realestate is one based on much life and property ownership experiences. Throughout this journey has been both positive and negative realestate agent experiences. Often at times feeling overwhelmed, uninformed and having engaged services which ended in no result. Only having to end up paying expensive marketing fees with another agent.
Our experiences have inspired us to help people save money by providing them with the lowest sales commission in Far North Queensland AND an avenue to sell their own property.
For private sellers - the secret we have learnt is that having a realestate licence is the key to getting your property listed where everyone is looking, namely realestate.com.au.
Selling realestate requires exceptional people skills, an eye for detail and astuteness in administering process.

We struggle to understand why sales commissions vary so much when all agents are using the same system that only a realestate licence provides access to. Perhaps it's branding and having to pay for franchise overheads...
