About Bettington Rural
Bettington Rural is Murrurundi’s only real “local” estate agency. It commenced in 2012 with 2 people, when David Bettington saw a need to provide the town with an accessible real estate agency, and now has 6 staff members. In 2017 the business expanded opening an office in Quirindi.
At Bettington Rural we offer a complete real estate service and advice on matters relating to buying, selling, renting, and appraising real estate. Our company bases its business on trust, integrity and communication ensuring personalised customer service and complete empathy navigating the whole buying or selling process. The Bettington Rural team aim to ensure a well-rounded approach to all our client’s needs. We embrace technology, trends and modern innovations, while at the same time we understand that good, old fashioned face-to-face personal service has its place within our business. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat clients and personal referrals.
The most important developments at present have been the commencement of the water pipeline to Murrurundi and the Scone Bypass, which will both help the town grow. Currently Murrurundi has a population of approximately 1000.
Our company is town based however we also have a strong presence in the rural market.
