In 2013 Benchmark Lifestyle Property was launched in response to the demand for lifestyle properties within close proximity to the city of Orange. Benchmark Lifestyle’s focus is solely on the sale of established residential, rural and hobby farm properties.
David Dent heads up Benchmark Lifestyle Property. Originally brought up on the family farm near Forbes, David commenced his real estate career in the commercial sector in North Sydney CBD in 1998. Relocating to Orange in 2013 and recognising a need for a specialist agency to service high-end residential and lifestyle property, Benchmark Lifestyle Property was formed in conjunction with Benchmark Commercial's David Hall and Nigel Staniforth.
Benchmark Lifestyle Property has achieved some outstanding results including the record residential sale price for Orange of $2.65 million in 2021 and the highest large lot residential sale of $3.245 million also in 2021.
