For Sale
"Lynwood" - An amazing open grazing or cropping opportunity with over 600 acres of sub clover offering excellent feed quality.
“Lynwood” consisting of 415Ha(1026ac*) offers a versatile mixed‑farming opportunity with productive soils and established natural feed. The country features predominantly heavier, self‑mulching grey clays rising to areas of red loam. A strong germination of natural grasses and medics last autumn provided excellent feed (as in photos) and will do so again this year if seasonal conditions allow.
The property is lightly timbered, with scattered Box and Belah enhancing shade and shelter without compromising productivity.
There is a 3 bedroom house that is livable but would benefit from a renovation, machinery & hay shed, steel sheep yards (no shearing shed).
