76 Kureelpa Falls Road, Kureelpa QLD 4560

Property Lane Realty are proud to have sold this extraordinary property prior to reaching the market - in quite extraordinary circumstances! This 26 acre farm was filmed for the Channel 9 show 'Country House Hunters' hosted by Catriona Rowntree, and our buyers appearing on this episode genuinely fell in love at first sight!

It's always a privilege to be part of the property journey for both our sellers and buyers, and we are all agreed it was certainly serendipitous, the right people definitely arrived at the right time, and can now continue breeding fat happy cows on this very pretty farm.

The Highlights:

- Beautifully maintained 26 acres with 6 paddocks
- Improved & irrigated pastures, with endless water from huge springfed lagoon
- Elegant three bedroom homestead with both ocean and district views
- Adjacent self-contained guest cottage
- Two large air-conditioned sheds, one with office, coldroom and bathroom
- 100,000L rainwater tanks, 4.5kw solar system
- Stables, round yard, shelters, cattle crush, tractor shed
- Established grounds with formal gardens, abundant natives and a citrus grove
- Well-established Spanish & Tuscan olive grove of approx 700 trees
- Champion pedigree cattle previously bred on the property
