The Ultimate Weekend Escape
Located just 20 minutes from Coolah and 4 hours to Sydney, this 45.6-acre property is set up as the ultimate weekend escape or even a permanent home for a large family (the property has a dwelling entitlement). The property has several cabins, ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom, most with R/C air conditioning. The property will sleep up to 28 people. There are 2 bathrooms with the main one having 2 showers, a toilet and laundry while the second bathroom has a shower and toilet. Most of the cabins have decks off the front to sit and relax. There is a huge communal eating area with a kitchen and a combustion fire to sit around and enjoy a drink. For storage there are 4 lock-up containers, a garden shed, gas shed, open storage sheds, hay shed and the solar system storage shed which has an automatic backup generator. There is also a 3-bay lock up shed with an attached butcher's room and cool room to prepare and store your own meat. There is a set of steel sheep and cattle yards with the property fenced into 2 paddocks being capable of carrying both sheep and cattle. The land ranges from open paddocks to timbered native bush. A fantastic feature is the fully fenced natural pool which is fully aerated and can be remotely controlled via your phone. This is one of the best set up escapes I have seen, and you will be impressed too.
