6/26 Mitchell Road, Georgica NSW 2480

Nestled in tranquil bushland with breathtaking views of Tower Mountain, this architecturally designed compressed earth brick home is a rare fusion of eco-conscious living and timeless Australian style. Set on 2 acres within a peaceful 44-acre community, the home offers privacy, sustainability, and stunning natural beauty.

The home features 3 spacious bedrooms plus a separate study, and a uniquely styled bathroom complete with a sunken bath. Thoughtful eco-conscious touches include a composting toilet, solar hot water, and extensive use of recycled cedar doors and windows. The expansive wraparound verandahs, crafted with "spotted gum" decking, offer a serene space to take in the beauty of the natural surrounds in every direction.

The open-plan kitchen is a chef’s delight, with raw-edged timber benchtops, a walk-in pantry, and a dishwasher. Watch the sunrise over the mountains as you enjoy your morning coffee from the bay window of the kitchen/dining room. Sundrenched in Winter with its northerly aspect and protected from the sun in the Summer by wide verandahs, this room is a beautiful place to start your day.

Raked ceilings in the lounge room create a sense of space and light, while cedar French doors open onto the verandahs from every room, inviting indoor-outdoor living. Comfort is assured year-round with ceiling fans, air conditioning and double insulation with airflow through the Dutch gable roof design.
