The property is elevated on the western side (highway side) and slopes down toward the eastern Anabranch frontage. The northeastern portion of the property (adjacent the junction of Hann Ck & Anabranch) is sometimes subject to flooding in peak rainfall and Burdekin River flows. Flooding events are short-lived.
