• Removable structures allowed (e.g., caravan, tiny house, tent)
• Use limited to 4 consecutive weeks at a time, max 3 months per year
• No renting or commercial use permitted
• Must be set back 1 metre from property boundaries
• Not to be used on total fire ban days
