Arable Bore Water Cattle Dam Fenced Homestead Shearing shed Shed Sheep Yards

"Willow Glen" is a 35.4 hectare (87.4 acres) property, approximately 20 kilometres east of Bathurst, on the Great Western Highway. The farm is undulating, well fenced and mostly arable, with double frontage to St Anthonys Creek, which is fed from permanent springs higher in the catchment. The country-style, 1970's-built homestead has four bedrooms, one bathroom, separate WC, large laundry, spacious kitchen and living areas. Some of the many features of "Willow Glen" include:

• Secure water from permanent creek, dams and equipped bore
• Improved pastures
• Four bedroom home
• Shearing shed, machinery sheds
• Steel cattle and sheep yards

This productive little farm offers a great opportunity for somebody looking for country living, with easy access to Sydney. Bathurst and Blue Mountains. The improvements allow immediate productivity from sheep or cattle, with the current owner running approximately 300 meat-breed ewes and their progeny. The property would suit a variety of buyers wanting a great location, with bitumen sealed access and sound infrastructure.
