"Braeside", is located 27 kilometres to the east of the Scaddan townsite, and 55 kilometres to the north north-east for the regional centre of Esperance. The property has access to both Norwood and Dempster Roads.
"Braeside" is divided into 5 paddocks, averaging around 200 hectares and each paddock can be serviced from Norwood Road.
Currently the property is supporting 774 hectares of wheat and 372 hectares of canola. Fertiliser has been applied at 70/80 kilos per hectare of MAP, and 100/150 kilos of urea.
Improvements include a very comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with reverse cycle air conditioning, and extensive patio. The house is surrounded be a well-kept garden and native eucalypts.
