LOCATION:
'Lilyvale' is located 16 km west of the town of Tenterfield NSW. The whole of this distance is bitumen sealed road.

The property is situated at 1623 Bruxner Way, Woodside, on the southeastern corner of Woodside Road and Bruxner Way

'Lilyvale' with granite-based soils is well suited for livestock grazing and cropping. The majority of the property is love grass along with native grasses.
