Charters Towers Regional Council invites tenders for the sale of vacant land located at 162 Titley Road, Breddan.

There are three lots in total being offered for sale as one package. Total land area is approximately 777 Ha.

Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.

Site inspections can be arranged until COB Friday, 23 December, and again between Monday, 12 January and COB Friday, 23 January 2026, by contacting Council’s Environmental Services Coordinator on 4761 5300.
