The primary basis for sale is a sale and leaseback arrangement, where the vendor would lease the property from the successful bidder until the existing hardwood plantation is harvested (up to 3-years). However, the vendor is open to selling the property with the existing plantation included.
Located just 39kms north east of Albany and 16kms north west of Manypeaks in the Palmdale agricultural area, which is recognised for it's reliable rainfall and consistent production capacity.
The soil types on the property and reliable rainfall make the property ideal to continue with the current hardwood tree plantation or return to a mixed grazing property.
