'Murrurundi', 1307 Westbrook Road, Oberne Creek NSW 2650
Sold
High rainfall improved grazing
Elders Wagga are pleased to bring to the market, 'Murrurundi' a 639Ha* property located at Oberne Creek.
Positioned equally between Tumbarumba and Tarcutta, this highly productive grazing property presents an outstanding opportunity to secure a well-developed rural holding in a tightly held location. Benefiting from approximately 32–34 inches of annual rainfall, the property features around 900 acres of open, productive and readily improvable country, complemented by a mix of improved and native pastures.
Significant capital investment over the past eight years has transformed the property, including more than 20 kilometres of new fencing, a central laneway system and exclusion fencing designed to maximise operational efficiency. Permanent frontage to Tarcutta Creek provides a reliable water source, while quality infrastructure includes a three-stand shearing shed, well-appointed sheep and cattle yards, and a comfortable three-bedroom weatherboard cottage set amongst established gardens. Offering excellent livestock production potential together with biodiversity opportunities, this is a versatile rural asset with the infrastructure and natural attributes to support a range of farming enterprises.
'Murrurundi' will go to auction on Wednesday 23rd September 2026 at the Lawson Riverside Suites in Wagga Wagga at 11am.
