LAWD, in conjunction with Veivers Property, is pleased to present for sale 100% of the issued share capital in Laglan Pastoral Company Proprietary Limited (Laglan Pastoral Company or the Company), the registered lessee of Laglan Station (Laglan and Madison pastoral leases) (the Aggregation) – an institutional-scale grazing aggregation in Central Queensland.

• Area: Institutional-scale grazing aggregation, Laglan Station, comprising 101,600* hectares (251,059* acres) across two rolling term pastoral leases, known as Laglan (39,200* hectares) and Madison (62,400* hectares).
• Scale: Established cattle breeding, backgrounding and fattening enterprise with a demonstrated carrying capacity of 14,500* Adult Equivalents, with at least 11,000* head included in the transaction.

• Transaction: The vendor is seeking to divest 100% of the shares in the Company, which holds the operating business, the leasehold interests in Laglan Station (Laglan and Madison pastoral leases), and the livestock, plant and infrastructure situated on the Aggregation, in one transaction to a single purchaser.
