Historic Ardenside Station: - Scale - Productivity - Versatility
Ardenside Station is an exceptional 5,260 hectare (12,997 acre)* pastoral holding, located in the renowned Upper Murray region of Southern NSW. Having been held by only three owners since the 1800s, Ardenside has been continuously managed and progressively improved to become one of the leading livestock enterprises in Southeast Australia.
Ideally located 8km* south of Tooma, 9km* north of Tintaldra, 43km* from Corryong, 95km* from Holbrook, 150km* from Albury and 165km* from Wagga Wagga, Ardenside occupies a strategic position within one of Eastern Australia's highly regarded breeding and fattening regions. The property extends over 20km from end to end, ranging from approximately 220m to 840m above sea level and benefiting from a predominantly winter rainfall of approximately 800–900mm per annum.

• High Performance Pastures – over 3,650 hectares (9,000 acres)* established to high-performance pastures, including cocksfoot, fescue, ryegrass, phalaris and sub and white clovers. The property has benefited from a strong fertiliser and pasture development program spanning more than 50 years.
• Versatile Country & Soils – A productive combination of rich alluvial creek and river flats, red granite and loam soils, supporting improved pasture, livestock finishing and annual fodder cropping.
• Outstanding Water Security – Excellent natural water resources including permanent springs, four permanent and additional semi-permanent creeks, two equipped bores, over 50 catchment dams and approximately 2.2km* of Murray River frontage.
• Extensive Paddock Development – The property is well subdivided into 61 main paddocks, with fencing generally in very good condition and an ongoing maintenance and upgrading program.
