Springvale - A Flexible Platform for Dairy, Beef or Young Stock
29, 101 & Lot 1 Gaffneys Rd, Moltema
Nutrien Harcourts is proud to present "Springvale", a highly productive 159ha (392.8ac) holding in the heart of the Meander Valley. Spread across four titles with a mix of high and low country, strong water resources and quality soils, the property is ideally suited as a substantial run off or young stock platform. While the dairy infrastructure is in excellent condition and currently supports a 200-220 cow organic operation, its real value lies in the property's scale, feed-growing capacity, water and flexibility, offering buyers the option to milk for a period to service debt before transitioning to a full beef or mixed grazing enterprise should they wish to do so.
