Farmbuy.com.au is committed to prompt and thorough investigation and treatment of all complaints. Farmbuy follows procedures that are in line with the Australian Press Council's guidelines. Farmbuy.com.au will acknowledge and aim to promptly correct errors when they occur. All complaints in the first instance are handled by the Senior Digital Content Producer.

Every complainant is given a right to reply in the form of a letter or a statement for publication, depending on the circumstances. Factual errors, including incorrect names, and photographs, are corrected online as soon as verification is obtained. If applicable, the complainant is offered publication of a statement in a prominent position on the website.
