The country along the southern and western boundary is a mixture of bottletree softwood and bauhinia scrub with blue gum along the watercourses, approximate area is 300 hectares (750* acres). The remaining 688* hectares (1,700* acres) is a mixture of silverleaf and narrowleaf ironbark and bloodwood, scattered clumps of brigalow, bottletree and wilga throughout, Cooper Range forms the northern boundary.
