Barossa Heritage Vineyard

3 1

Some vineyards help define a region. The Schiller Belvidere block is one of them.

Own-rooted Shiraz planted in 1925 has for decades underpinned some of South Australia's most celebrated wines, including Yalumba's The Signature and The Octavius, and on occasion has contributed fruit to Penfolds Grange.

Approximately 27 hectares of vines span Shiraz, Grenache, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mataro, backed by 12ML of premium BIL, 8ML of off-peak allocation, two dams, a surface water licence, five frost fans and sustainability certification through to 2028.

A second title adds approximately 19 hectares of arable cropping land, bringing the total holding to 55.78 hectares and giving genuine scale beyond the vines.

At its heart sits a circa 100-year-old cottage with a 1960s addition, supported by a solar-powered workshop, storage sheds and three-phase power.

Set in the centre of the Barossa, minutes from Nuriootpa and the region's finest cellar doors, this is a rare opportunity to own a productive piece of Barossa winemaking heritage.
