Taringa West is located approximately 24kms east of Green Head, 56kms north of Jurien Bay and 123 kms northwest of the major regional centre of Moora. It is 15kms west of the Brand Highway and has good access from all directions.
Without doubt its redeeming feature is the quality of soils located so near to the coast and in such a reliable rainfall zone of 550-600mm. The gravels offered by the property are highly productive with the current owner having utilised a number of modern techniques to ameliorate the soils.
