CORALINGA AGGREGATION

Approximately 8753 acres in total, located at Bendering, between Kondinin and Corrigin the six properties which have been combined to form the "Coralinga Aggregation" have been amassed over a lifetime of successful farming.
Forming a significant and almost contiguous landholding separated only by roads, the farms are spread over a variety of topography and soil types from more elevated, lighter loamy country through to more traditional heavier west Kondinin loams , most of which would be considered fairly soft, easy working soils.
Access for cropping is excellent with shire roads running through and around the aggregation. An appealing feature of the aggregation is the predominance of relatively wide open paddocks and long machinery run lines throughout.
Most of the property has been cropped to cereals in 2025 with a small area of lupins and pasture on one portion.
Infrastructure, while leading edge in its day, is generally older style and features multiple useable sheds, grain storage silos in varying condition, several houses in varied state of repair, multiple mains electricity and scheme water connections across the properties.
Fencing varies from quite good in parts to some sections having been removed as cropping took over from livestock on the farm.
Available for vacant possession in early 2026 the property is offered for sale with offers invited on the whole, or portions. Further information and property inspections are available by contacting Jeff Douglas on 0427 425 689.
