Soil Description:

A key feature of Central Park must be its record of averaging 3 tonne per hectare while under the current ownership. Open plain paddocks allow for cropping efficiency with all soils having been extensively ameliorated with minimums of 6 tonne of limesand applied and incorporated to depth (6pH at 30cm). The soil mix is essentially 40% gravel sand, 35% sandy gravels and 25% sandy loams.

Improvements:

The residence is a very spacious building consisting of 6 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large 4 car carport which is built under the same gabled roof.
