The soil is fertile moisture retaining soil, making it suitable for growing wheat, barley, oats, chickpeas, millet and sorghum, all of which has been successfully cultivated in the past.

FENCING
Fencing is in sound stock proof condition. The property is subdivided into 11 paddocks with laneways servicing the cattle yards. The southern boundary is high netting exclusion fence. All new fences have steel end assembles and consist of plain & barb wires.

WATER
"Jindabyne" has ample water for the preferred operation with bore water from the Kaywanna bore scheme servicing all paddocks. The bore water is piped to tanks that supply troughs in all paddocks, 13 large secure surface dams and 3 creeks that traverse the property being the Waverly, Lapgate and Boogarah creeks.
