Land Use Types:

Carbon Program – Savanna Burning Project has been run for the last 8 years. Kendall River Station has been the proponent since 2016. There has been significant growth in the value of Carbon Credits over that time and is set to continue. There is an opportunity to extend this income by way of the new methodology which includes carbon sequestration and the inclusion of soil carbon
Natural Assets – With the many pristine waterways , lakes and permanent flowing rivers and the tall messmate forest areas, represent great opportunity as set asides for Natural assets.
