Deniliquin Associated Agents Store Sheep Sale – 15,000 Head Merino Ewes & Lambs
Deniliquin Associated Agents, a joint selling team made up of Nutrien Ag Solutions (Bill O'Brien, 0417 229 553), Elders (John Fitzpatrick, 0408 500 182) and Southern Riverina Livestock & Property (Justin Barker, 0448 066 625), present a 15,000 head store sheep sale at the Deniliquin Saleyards on Friday 16 October 2026, starting at 11:00am. The yarding is mostly Merino and is spread across four sections: 2025 drop Merino ewes, older Merino ewes, 2026 drop Merino wether lambs and crossbred lambs.
The young ewe section opens with 1,200 May/Jun '25 drop Mutooroo blood and bred ewes from Mutooroo Station, Broken Hill. It continues with 1,000 Bundy blood ewes from Willow Vale, Deniliquin, and 800 head lines from Abbotsford (Collinsville blood), Brassbutt (Pooginook blood) and Mulyungarie Station. Older ewe highlights include 660 '21 drop Goolgumbla blood ewes from Oakville, Conargo, and 650 Karinya blood and bred ewes from Karinya, Wakool. There are also 550 Alma blood ewes from Mayfield, Booligal. Most lines are mulesed, with Gudair-vaccinated ewes from Southerton Vale. Bloodlines on offer include Mutooroo, Collinsville, Pooginook, Ballatherie, Woodpark Poll, Goolgumbla, Concordia and Alma.
The lamb sections are led by 1,200 unshorn Willurah blood and bred Merino wether lambs from Willurah, Conargo, and 800 Pooginook blood wether lambs from Cooinbil, Coleambally. In the crossbred lambs, Mathoura Station offers 1,500 White Suffolk/Merino cross mixed-sex lambs and Willurah offers 600 Poll Dorset/Merino cross lambs.
