Weekly Sheep & Lamb Sale – 17,610 Head Sheep & Lambs
The Associated Stock and Station Agents of Bendigo will offer a total yarding of 17,610 head at the Bendigo Livestock Exchange on Monday 14 September 2026, comprising 11,840 lambs and 5,770 grown sheep across 476 pens. It is one of the larger Monday yardings of the spring run to date.
The lamb component is headed by 6,650 trade suckers, supported by 1,500 exotic lambs, 1,200 store lambs, 1,050 crossbred lambs, 920 Merino lambs and 520 hoggets — a draft mix that should draw processors, feeders and restockers alike. The 5,770-head mutton run rounds out the offering.
Elders lead the draw with 5,270 head (pens 1–142, drafts ABC/DEF, ramps 1 & 2), followed by Nutrien with 4,500 head (pens 221–342, drafts JKL/MNO, ramps 4 & 5), Nevins with 2,870 head (pens 143–220, draft GHI, ramp 3), M&M with 2,500 head (pens 410–476, draft STU, ramp 7) and Nuttall with 2,470 head (pens 343–409, draft PQR, ramp 6). Selling starts at 8:00am. Delivery gates open 2pm Sunday through to 7.30am Monday.
