Pinnaroo Off Shears Sale – 8,500 Head Sheep
PPHS Livestock & Real Estate, in conjunction with Spence Dix & Co, will host their annual Pinnaroo Off Shears Sale on Friday 11th September at 1:00pm, held at the PPHS Pinnaroo Saleyards, 53 Adelaide Road, Pinnaroo, SA. This preliminary notice indicates a yarding of approximately 5,500 ewes and 3,000 lambs, with further entries invited ahead of the sale.
The Pinnaroo Off Shears Sale is a long-running fixture on the South Australian Mallee sheep-selling calendar, regularly drawing strong interstate and local buying support, including agents from across Victoria, NSW and South Australia. In recent years the sale has combined offerings from both PPHS and Spence Dix & Co and has featured a mix of breeding ewe age groups alongside crossbred and Merino wether and ewe lambs, with well-presented lines regularly commanding premium prices
