Bill Wyndham & Co Annual Opening Spring Store Cattle Sale – 2,500 Head Cattle

Bill Wyndham & Co Livestock and Property will host their Annual Opening Spring Store Cattle Sale on Friday 21 August 2026, starting at 9:00am, at the East Gippsland Livestock Exchange in Bairnsdale. An outstanding yarding of approximately 2,500 head of quality East Gippsland breeder cattle will be offered, drawn from vendors across the region including districts such as Buchan, Gelantipy, Benambra, Omeo, Marlo and surrounding East Gippsland locales, with attendance highly recommended given the strength of the yarding.

The sale traditionally features a strong line-up of Angus, Hereford and mixed-breed steers, heifers and cows-and-calves, and serves as a key indicator sale for the region's spring selling season, drawing buyers from South and West Gippsland feedlots and fatteners.
