Tamworth Livestock Agents Store Sale – 3,000 Head Cattle
Tamworth Livestock Agents will yard 3,000 head of cattle at the Tamworth Regional Livestock Exchange (TRLX) on Friday 17 July, with the sale commencing at 10:00am. As one of the largest fortnightly store sales in northern NSW, the catalogue is being offered on behalf of the region's leading agencies, including Elders, Nutrien Livestock, Davidson Cameron & Co, Northwest Agencies, McCulloch Agencies, Newcombe Livestock & Property, Purtle Plevey, Garvin & Cousens, and Pitt Sons.
The offering spans a broad mix of mixed-sex steers and weaners, heifers, and breeding cows. Notable vendor lines include Longarm Pastoral's 180 Angus/Shorthorn-cross steers, Bunya PS's 100 3R-blood Angus mixed sex, JACC Trust's "Colanya" Longreach line of 180 well-doing Angus, Santa x Hereford and Charolais heifers, and The Breeder's 250 PTE Poll Hereford cows suited to fattening or re-joining. Further quality lines come from Healy Pastoral, P Allen (Coolarmagh and Franklin Angus bloodlines), Mathews Pastoral (Millah Murrah blood), Bridson (Knowla and Heart Angus blood), Bagnoo PS's Charolais-cross crop cattle, Smith's Woonooka-blood Angus weaners, and S Chambers' Charolais and Charolais-cross cows PTIC to Benalkay Santa bulls.
