Sullivan Livestock & Rural Services Gympie Liveweight Store Cattle Sale — 1,500 Head

Sullivan Livestock & Rural Services will conduct their Gympie Liveweight Store Cattle Sale on Monday, 15th June 2026, commencing at 10:00 AM, with a Liveweight Meatworks Sale starting earlier at 8:00 AM. A total of approximately 1,900 cattle are expected across both sales, held at the Gympie Saleyards, Saleyard Road, Araluen.
The Store Sale features 1,500 head across a strong spread of categories. Steers include 180 Droughtmaster cross aged 18 months to 2 years, 150 Droughtmaster x and Brahman cross aged 16–18 months, 180 Droughtmaster cross aged 6–8 months, and 150 European cross aged 6–8 months. Heifer offerings include 25 Droughtmaster heifers PTIC to a Charolais bull, 20 Red Brahman heifers at 18 months in very good condition, 180 Droughtmaster x and Brahman cross aged 16–18 months, 150 of the same cross at 6–8 months, and 120 European cross heifers at 6–8 months. A pen of 10 crossbred cows and calves rounds out the store offering. The Meatworks Sale will carry approximately 400 cattle.
