Yea Saleyard Complex Monthly Store Sale — 1,500 Head Cattle

The Yea Monthly Store Sale for Friday 5th June 2026 is a combined agents sale conducted at the Yea Saleyard Complex, commencing at 9:30AM. Selling agents include Nutrien Yea, Elders Yea, Victorian Livestock & Property, and Alex Scott & Co. A total of 1,500 head of cattle are listed across a broad range of categories including weaners, grown cattle, and cows & calves. Vendors are drawn from across the Yea, Alexandra, Romsey, Healesville, Strathbogie, and wider Murrindindi district.

The weaner offering is substantial, with over 35 vendor lines presenting predominantly Angus and Hereford mixed-sex cattle, steers, and heifers ranging from 8 to 14 months of age. Notable bloodlines represented include Connamara, Riddellvue, Lawson, Kelly Angus, Tarcombe, Rennylea, Barwidgee, and Shrublands, among others. Many lines carry vaccination, grass-fed, and antibiotic-free credentials, with a number also weanery weaned. The grown section features lines from GW & ME Oliver (40 Angus steers and 25 Hereford steers, 15–18 months), Inverness Pastoral (32 Poll Hereford heifers by Allendale bloodlines, 18 months, NSM), and multiple additional Angus and Angus-cross consignments. Cows & calves are offered via Strath Creek Industries (12 Angus & Murray Grey cows & calves, 1–3 months old).
