The 35th Hunter Valley Angus Breeders Association Female Sale will be held at the Scone & Upper Hunter Regional Saleyards on Thursday 28th May 2026, commencing at 12:00 PM. The sale is conducted jointly by Nutrien Ag Solutions (Chris Dobie & Maddy), McGrath Livestock (Stuart & Craig), Elders (Jono & Jake), and Davidson Cameron & Co (Warick & Dean), with major sponsorship from Northern Artificial Breeders. A total of 600 head of purebred Angus females will be offered across three categories: cows and calves, PTIC cows, and PTIC heifers.
The yarding features an impressive roster of well-credentialled Hunter Valley vendors. Cows and calves highlights include NT Fleming & Co (EU accredited, 60 head), Northwest Pastoral Pembroke Cassiis (55 head), Belltrees Pastoral Co, J.M. Kennedy, and Boondandilla Partnership. PTIC cows are offered by multiple vendors including Timor Creek Angus (80 head), Springfield Pastoral Co, Bananmba Angus, and Ross & Erryn Day (AI-joined to ABS sire Lucchese). The PTIC heifer draft is led by Springfield Pastoral Co (90 Tivoli-bred heifers), Rosevale Angus (40 head), Waverley Station (20 head), and NT Fleming & Co (EU accredited). Several lines carry notable bloodlines including Millah Murrah, Knowla, Rennylea, and Brookdale genetics.
