Mount Gambier Combined Agents Store Cattle Sale — 2000 Head Cattle
The Mount Gambier Combined Agents Store Cattle Sale is scheduled for Friday, 8th May 2026, commencing at 10:00am SA time at the Mount Gambier & District Saleyards, Glenburnie. The sale is being conducted by a consortium of leading agencies including Elders, Green Triangle Livestock, Miller Whan & John (MWJ), Nutrien Ag Solutions, and O'Connor & Graney, with a catalogue of approximately 2,000 head of store cattle on offer.
The yarding features a strong run of Angus steers headlining the catalogue, with notable lines from Kent Properties (80 head, 14–15 months, Yerwal blood, PCAS), Tuscanna (80 head, 7–9 months, weaned, PCAS), Morella Enterprises and Nangkita (50 head each, Nampara blood, PCAS), and BG & FE Hubbard (190 PTIC Angus heifers from Booroomooka and Te Mania bloodlines). Hereford steers and heifers are also well represented, including grass-fed and antibiotic-free lines from Walkenny Park and Avonlea. Multiple vendors present PCAS-eligible cattle with prominent bloodlines including Boonaroo, Pathfinder, Wannon Pastoral, Te Mania, and Nampara.
