As Agents in sales, auctions and leasing, we offer a complete and professional approach to your real estate requirements. A1 Real Estate Solutions is a culmination of Dundas Real Estate, established in 1995 and Coastal Real Estate, established in 1998.
Michael and Sonja Goldby first purchased Dundas Real Estate in July 2010 and, after a short period, went on to purchase Coastal Real Estate in October 2011, merging the two agencies into one dynamic organisation, then known as Dundas Coastal Real Estate.
The business then continued to grow for the next seven years, until it was felt that the agency needed to make the move towards a new and unique brand.
A1 Real Estate Solutions signifies an energetic and contemporary future in property services. We like to think different and be different, but we combine that with our traditional and familiar practices of providing no nonsense, down to earth advice and service.
We offer an advanced and innovative approach towards real estate and how to market, lease and sell property using new and progressive marketing platforms and methods, particularly within the ever-expanding digital era of marketing and all that it has to offer. You can expect to see an enhanced array of marketing ‘solutions’, as our new name would suggest.
We are also very committed to promoting Portland, Heywood and all other surrounding areas, together with the people who live here and make up our communities. Our corner of the world and the people in it have so many good things to offer and it is all right at our doorstep!
